about 5, i sat down to eat supper and i had a sensation in my arm of tightness. shortly after i experienced a stiffness from the shoulder to the elbow with pain as i tried to use that arm, upward, or outward. for the headache i took 2 ibuprofen but did not notice any change. i stood in the hot shower for a bit with some difficulty in using the towel to dry. i used a "cool & heat" on the shoulder and this gave some relief . the stiffness made sleep difficult. it is much less this morning
