backache; fatigue; headache; since booster jab periods have been almost continuous, some heavy, other days lighter; since booster jab periods have been almost continuous, some heavy, other days lighter; frequent periods; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter (consumer or other non hcp) from the regulatory agency. the reporter is the patient. regulatory number: gb-mhra-webcovid-202202171356435220-wbsyr. other case identifier(s): gb-mhra-adr 26612951. a 26-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (bnt162b2) (batch/lot number: unknown) as dose number unknown (booster), single for covid-19 immunisation. the patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. patient has not had symptoms associated with covid-19. patient is not pregnant and is not currently breastfeeding. patient was not enrolled in clinical trial. patient's lmp was 16feb2022. past drug history included: desogestrol, notes: 75mcg once a day. vaccination history included: covid-19 vaccine (primary immunization series complete; unknown manufacturer), for covid-19 immunisation. the following information was reported: back pain (medically significant), outcome "recovering", described as "backache"; fatigue (medically significant), outcome "recovering", described as "fatigue"; polymenorrhoea (medically significant) with onset 01nov2020, outcome "not recovered", described as "frequent periods"; headache (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "headache"; heavy menstrual bleeding (medically significant), oligomenorrhoea (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "since booster jab periods have been almost continuous, some heavy, other days lighter". the patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: sars-cov-2 test: negative, notes: no - negative covid-19 test. clinical course: patient stated, 'previously did not have periods or symptoms from periods. since booster jab periods have been almost continuous, some heavy, other days lighter. 6 days sporadically where i haven't bled since october. also started getting headaches, backache and fatigue'. additional information: patient has not tested positive for covid-19 since having the vaccine. the report was not related to possible inflammation of the heart (myocarditis or pericarditis). no follow-up attempts are possible; information about lot/batch number cannot be obtained. no further information is expected
