ecg: unknown result; bio resonance therapy: unknown result; covid-19 virus test: negative, notes: no - negative covid-19 test. therapeutic measures were taken as a result of abdominal pain upper, myalgia, fatigue, muscle fatigue, amnesia, fatigue, dizziness, heart rate increased, feeling abnormal, dyspnoea, abdominal pain upper, diarrhoea, fatigue, dyspnoea, palpitations, tachycardia, loss of personal independence in daily activities, presyncope, malaise, myocarditis, pericarditis. clinical course: the day after the second vaccine, patient became unwell with the following symptoms and haven't fully recovered. the first few weeks and months the fatigue was severe, it was difficult to do anything basic such as self-care, toilet, washing, holding up a cup to drink as it felt so heavy. she was breathless walking between rooms in the house. she felt she had rapid heart rate and palpitations, she thinks she had an ecg but nothing was flagged up. dizziness was frequent, almost blacking out especially when standing up, bending down, moving. brain fog and memory issues began then and cause me problems. her muscles feel very heavy, like they have extremely heavy weights in them. she gets stomachache and diarrhea whenever the overall symptoms worsen, from overdoing it it seems which occurs ridiculously easily. the gp surgery did blood tests but said things were okay. over the months she was not improving so she got into debt by paying for private treatment at with-held, where she had sessions of bio resonance therapy. after the first session her heavy muscles improved, then the breathlessness improved after the next one. then the dizziness improved after another. after the treatments the fatigue and other symptoms improved. after 6 months off work ill with this reaction she returned to work gradually in november. sometimes when she has been busier she get more unwell again and have to rest, mainly sleeping, for days until improve again. she's still unable to do her usual activities in life as she become more unwell and all the symptoms worsen again. it has had a devastating effect on her life. she's usually an extremely active person who does cycling, hiking, canoeing, diving but she's still too unwell to do these unfortunately. her mother had the vaccine at the same time as me and has had exactly the same adverse response since the vaccines, same symptoms and also struggling to recover nearly a year later. this report relates to possible inflammation of the heart (myocarditis or pericarditis). the symptoms did not lead to a hospital stay. diagnosis was not made by a medical professional. unknown if there were any blood tests, such as for certain proteins (called troponin) that signal heart muscle damage taken. no other recent or ongoing illness. patient has not tested positive for covid-19 since having the vaccine. patient was not enrolled in clinical trial. patient has not had symptoms associated with covid-19. patient was not pregnant. patient was not currently breastfeeding. no follow-up attempts are possible;
