Adverse Event Description

tired to concentrate; very tired in morning; tiredness; comirnaty dose 1: 21sep2021 and dose 2: 15jan2022; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter (consumer) from the regulatory agency. regulatory number: gb-mhra-webcovid-202202191753320410-ixwsu. other case identifier: gb-mhra-adr 26625913. a 15-year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (comirnaty), administration date 15jan2022 (lot number: fn5254) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunization. the patient's relevant medical history was not reported. concomitant medication included: thyroxine. patient last menstrual period date: 17feb2022. patient has not had symptoms associated with covid-19 and not enrolled in clinical trial. vaccination history included: comirnaty (dose 1, lot # not provided), administration date: 21sep2021, for covid-19 immunization. then, received the 2nd dose on 15jan2022 as inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered. the patient was very tired in morning of 28jan2022 which she did not go to school and did the classwork from home. on 01feb2022, the patient went to school but then stayed at home the next day (02feb2022) as she was too tired to get out of bed. she also had nausea on that same day of 02feb2022. the patient went back to school the next day (03feb2022) but came back home because she was tired to concentrate. she has been at home since. she was very tired in the morning (only gets out of bed after 10:00 am than the usual 6:45 am). events of nausea, tiredness and mental concentration decreased were considered serious (medically significant). the patient had thyroid stimulating hormone (tsh), iron, thyroxine, and blood tests on unknown date and results. the patient also had negative covid-19 virus test on unknown date. the patient recovered from nausea in 2022, recovering from tiredness while unknown for the remaining events. the consumer does not relate the report to possible inflammation of the heart (myocarditis or pericarditis). no follow-up attempts are possible. no further information is expected
