coordination abnormal (disability, medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "she keeps dropping things". the patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: ultrasound scan: unknown result, notes: more information available: no. therapeutic measures were taken as a result of periarthritis, dyspnoea, headache, wheezing, vision blurred, vaccination site pain, muscle spasms, amnesia, asthenia, blepharospasm, joint stiffness, abdominal pain upper, nausea, peripheral coldness, feeling hot, coordination abnormal. patient complained that she keeps dropping things and she had bad cramps in leg and feet when lying on bed. she also believes that this causes frozen shoulder due to trauma in muscle, which she did not know until scan had been given 27feb2022. she felt like body was overly hot; and then hands and feet were freezing cold. patient had changed diet as well and wished she should not have gotten vaccine. when she made this report yesterday, she was asked if she had taken any painkillers and she said no but then she remembered when she went to bed last night that she had been taking painkillers for her arm and would like to let know in case this makes a difference to information. the tablets she took were diclofenac, amitriptyline, co-codamol and diazepam and she took these all together before bed for a few nights in a row but still woke up with the pain. patient was not enrolled in clinical trial. this report was not related to possible inflammation of the heart (myocarditis or pericarditis). patient was undergoing physio and ultrasound on arm. no follow-up attempts are possible. no further information is expected.;
