reports dizziness; heat sensation in the face; erythema on the face (mainly about 10 minutes after vaccination) on the right and left zygomatic region, on the neck; this is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter (physician) from the regulatory authority-web. regulatory number: it-minisal02-845162 (ra). a 12 year-old female patient received meningococcal group b rlp2086 (trumenba), intramuscular, administration date: 17feb2022 (lot number: ex 6364) as a single dose for meningococcal immunisation. the patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. vaccination history included: trumenba (j07ah09), administration date: 23jul2021, for meningococcal immunization, reaction(s): "pyrexia nos". the following information was reported: dizziness (hospitalization) with onset 17feb2022, outcome "recovering", described as "reports dizziness"; feeling hot (hospitalization) with onset 17feb2022, outcome "recovering", described as "heat sensation in the face"; erythema (hospitalization) with onset 17feb2022, outcome "recovering", described as "erythema on the face (mainly about 10 minutes after vaccination) on the right and left zygomatic region, on the neck". the patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: blood pressure measurement: (17feb2022) 110 df; radial pulse: (17feb2022) 85 df. reporter comment: vaccination against meningococcus b (second dose) carried out in a deltoid injection. the first dose of vaccine, carried out on 23/07/2021, caused a fever that the mother reported to have regressed after one day following the intake of antipyretic drugs. no follow-up attempts are possible. no further information is expected.; reporter's comments: vaccination against meningococcus b (second dose) carried out in a deltoid injection. the first dose of vaccine, carried out on 23/07/2021, caused a fever that the mother reported to have regressed after one day following the intake of antipyretic drugs
