fever greater than = 39.5, rash; fever greater than = 39.5, rash; information has been downloaded from the regulatory authority (it-minisal02-845982). this spontaneous report was received from a health professional referring to a 1-year-old male patient. the patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. on 09-nov-2021, the patient was vaccinated with measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (oka-merck) virus vaccine live, recombinant human albumin (rha) (proquad) powder and solvent for suspension for injection in a pre-filled at 1 dosage form, total (lot # u018748, expiration date was not reported; but upon internal validation established as 30-nov-2022), subcutaneously in the left deltoid as vaccination (strength was not reported). on 16-nov-2021, the patient experienced fever greater than or equal to 39.5 (hyperpyrexia) and rash. on 17-nov-2021, the patient recovered from the events. the relatedness between the events and the suspect vaccine was not provided. the agency considered the events of hyperpyrexia and rash to be medically significant
